Good morning class. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Alhakimul Asyraf. You can call me Asyraf. I live in Bekasi with my family. I am a third-year- student of University of Indonesia. My major is programming. I have learnt many things related to technology. I love my major a lot. I choose this major because I want to conquer the world by using technology. I have hobbies like reading, playing football and playing game. I always read a book at least 30 minutes in the morning before starting my day and I usually play football and game. In my free time, I usually practice how to cook. I am so happy when my trial is success. perhaps, it sounds strange, but I think even as a man I have to cook. That is all about me, thank you for your attention.

Helen : Hey, Lenny. Did you have a good weekend?
Lenny : yes, I did. I went to Los Angeles.
Helen : Really? That’s a long way. Why did you go there?
Lenny : I entered A Star is Born! It’s a singing competition. Do you know
about it?
Helen : Of course, I do. It’s on TV every Saturday night! Why didn’t you tell
me?
Lenny : I didn’t want anyone to know.
Helen : I love singing. Are you any good?
Lenny : Yes, I’m very good. I started around eight years ago, when I was in
elementary school.
Helen : That’s great. So, how was the competition?
Lenny : Fantastic! I really enjoyed it.
Helen : Did you win?
Lenny : No, I didn’t. But the judges loved me. They said I was “absolutely
unforgettable.”

Dialog 2

A : Did you do anything special yesterday?

B : Yes, I took some photos yesterday.
A : That sounds fun. Did you enjoy it?
B : Yes, I did. I love photography . Anyway, how about you? What did you do?
A : I planted some flowers in the backyard.
B : Really? I like gardening, too

I am Dzakiyyatul Alifah; you can call me Alifah. I was born in Bekasi, West Java, in 2009. Now, I am third grade of junior high school. I live with parents, an elder brother and a younger brother. My father is a lecturer in one of the private university in Jakarta. He goes to office by car every morning. In his free time, he likes writing a lot about education and social life. My mother is a housewife who takes care house and our need. She cooks well, I think she is the best cook in the world. My elder brother is a student of government university. His major is informatic management; he likes anything related to technology. He spends his time in front of his computer for 3 to 4 hours every day. He wants to be professional programmer in international company. An the las but not least, my younger brother. He is elementary school student. He is fourth grade now. He likes playing football a lot. He join with one of football team in Bekasi. His favorite team is Manchester City and his favourite players are Kevin De Bruyne and Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7). I love my family so much. They are everything for me.

Learning Tenses is an activity which is never left by any teacher when they teach their students from elementary school until in university level.
